- When Will I Receive My Golf Vacation Quote?
- FAST! Most golf quote requests are processed by Professional Golf Travel within 2 hours of receipt during business hours, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, Arizona local time. Please allow extra time for larger quotes or for special requests. If you have any questions or an
urgent need before a Golf Vacation Professional can provide you with a quote, please call us toll free at 1.888.991.5950.
- What If I Want To See A Quote For Other Cities?
- Professional Golf Travel provides golf vacations throughout North America. If you would like to see pricing for other cities, please feel free to submit multiple quote requests or contact your Golf Vacation Professional after you have received your original quote.
- Can You Provide A Quote For A Destination You Do Not have Listed?
- YES! If you are interested in a golf vacation quote to a city we do currently not advertise, please ask your Golf Vacation Professional. We have established contacts throughout the golf and travel industry since 1997 and will gladly provide any golf vacation request you may have.
- What Type Of Accommodations Are Provided?
- Professional Golf Travel provides numerous options for accommodations including hotels, resorts and vacation rental condominiums. Amenities may vary, please ask your Golf Vacation Professional in case you have specific requests or needs for your accommodations.
- Can You Quote A Hotel or Golf Course That You Do Not Have Listed?
- YES! If you are interested in staying at a specific hotel or playing a specific golf course that
PGT does not currently advertise, please ask your Golf Vacation Professional. We have established contacts throughout the golf and travel industry since 1997 and will gladly provide any golf vacation request you may have.
- Can I Change The Dates Or Request Different Golf Courses?
- YES! All quotes are fully adjustable regarding courses, hotels, dates, rental cars, number of players, etc. Please contact your Golf Vacation Professional or login to your "My PGT" account for any adjustments or changes to your current golf quote.
- I Have A Quote From A Competitor, Will You Match It?
- YES! Professional Golf Travel prides itself on luxury accommodations and top quality golf vacations at a competitive price. Occasionally we will find that a competitor is lower on a price. If this happens, please provide your Golf Vacation Professional with a copy of the competitor's quote. If we determine that the accommodations and level of golf are comparable, we will do
our best to match it.
- When Will I Know My Tee Times?
- Tee Times are booked up to 365 days in advance depending on the golf courses requested. Please let your Golf Vacation Professional know what times you prefer and they will book the requested times based upon availability at each course. Tee Times cannot be booked until a reservation is made.
- What Is Required For Booking?
- Professional Golf Travel requires a portion of the cost of your total golf package for a deposit, typically 50% of the total due. The deposit amount may vary depending on the accommodations selected, season, golf courses requested, rental car reservation, etc.
- How Is The Final Payment Processed?
- Professional Golf Travel will charge the final balance due 30 days prior to the day of arrival to the credit card(s) on file. In the case of groups of 12 or more players, or packages totaling $10,000 or more, the final balance is due by personal check/money order/cashiers check 30 days prior to arrival.
- Can Everyone Pay Separately?
- YES! All golfers may send in a check for their portion of the balance due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Professional Golf Travel will also accept all major credit cards from each individual, except in the case of a group of 12 or more players, or a golf package totaling $10,000 or more, when payment by personal check/money order/cashiers check is required no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
